Right of return

1. return period You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason. This period begins from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

2. return conditions

  • The items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition.
  • All original packaging, labels and accessories must be intact and complete.
  • Personalized or custom-made items are excluded from return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Items that are sealed for hygienic reasons (e.g. underwear, swimwear) can only be returned if the seal is undamaged.

3. return process

  • Contact: Contact our customer service at info@brc.swiss or 041 495 05 20 to register your return. Please state your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Return label: After registering, you will receive a return label and detailed instructions on how to return the items.
  • Packaging: Pack the items securely in the original packaging or equivalent packaging to avoid damage during transportation.

4. reimbursement

  • After receiving and checking the returned items, we will refund the purchase price to the original payment method within 14 days.
  • The refund does not include the original shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
  • Returns from abroad may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes, which will not be refunded.

5. exchange

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order and return the original item in accordance with the returns policy.
  • Exchanges are only possible for items in the same price category. Price differences will not be refunded or offset.

6. return costs

  • You bear the costs for returning the items, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
  • We recommend using an insured shipping service as we do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged returns.
